Taylor County Recent Arrests is an independent, privately run website. It is not operated, approved, or sponsored by Taylor County, the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department, Taylor County Detention Center, Campbellsville Police Department, any court, or the Kentucky Department of Corrections.
Official offices remain the only authorities for their records and services. The Taylor County Sheriff’s Department controls its own information, the Taylor County Detention Center roster route leads to the county custody system, and the Kentucky Department of Corrections KOOL page explains the state offender search. A link from this site does not create a partnership with any of them.
This site cannot confirm custody, alter a booking, release a person, remove an official record, or provide any government service.
Acceptable Use
You may use these pages for lawful, personal, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape or overload its services, impersonate another person, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, harass or threaten anyone, or use information to commit an unlawful act.
You are responsible for how you use information reached through this site. An arrest, charge, or booking image records an accusation and does not establish guilt. Every person is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court, and charges may be amended, dismissed, or resolved differently from the initial booking entry.
Fair Credit Reporting Act Restriction
Taylor County Recent Arrests is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports as those terms are defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You must not use this site or information reached through it to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing or tenant screening, insurance, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Kentucky public-record access is governed in part by KRS 61.872 and its applicable exceptions. Nothing here promises that a specific Taylor County booking sheet, photograph, police report, or court record must be disclosed. A requester must work with the office that maintains the record.
